This talk will explore the new flexible system for creating viewport visual feedback effects in the O3DE editor. Driven by the research of Amazon's O3DE UX team, the Editor Mode Visual Feedback system provides contextually aware visual cues to augment the customer's interactions in the viewport to further streamline their workflows. In addition to the existing effects developed for this system, a comprehensive API is provided for customers to allow them to implement their own visual feedback effects to facilitate a richer interactive experience for custom gems, components or any other features that could benefit from these enhanced workflows.
